Nathan and I learned this song from a hymnal during our engagement while we were helping lead worship at a small church in Aurora. Later, we got to play it for the wedding of some very dear friends. At that time, I had never belted before in my life, but I loved the power in this song (so reflective of the power of prayer)! Now, many years later, it was so exciting to put this together with fresh eyes, stronger low notes, and a little bit more flexibility on the melody. This week was kinda crazy with how many people in my life needed powerful prayer, so this song helped me lift up those prayers in power!
