- EURO 2024 is just a few months away, and it's about time I get my predictions out. There'll be a lot to fight for between the 24 nations competing at this tournament, and only one of them will be able to hoist the trophy after the final. Let me know what you think of my predictions, as well as who you think will make it to the finals!

You didn't factor in a couple of major upsets in your forecast. There are always upsets in these competitions.

I feel like Germany beats Portugal if that match happens, Germany are known for comfortably beating Portugal. But in all I think this might be the best prediction video I’ve seen. My picks to win will be between Spain, France or England. I think these are the 3 best in Europe atm

I see a lot of predictions that Portugal will eliminate Germany in the semi final. Lets look at this matchup in the past: Last win of Portugal was 2000 at the euros against an abysmal German team. Since then? 7 games played, 7 wins Germany with a 23:7 goal differential. Add to that the home field advantage and there is no way that Germany falls to Portugal

No way Ukraine loses to Romania. Look at their squad
I don’t think Romania will beat Ukraine either. Ukraine has much more depth. They have Lunin who plays for Madrid in goal, Zabarnyi, Mykolenko are defenders who both play in the EPL, and they have a young player named Talovyerov who plays for LASK in Austria (not a top notch club but the Austrian Bundesliga is not bad). We also can’t forget about Zinchenko in midfield who plays for Arsenal, Sudakov who is targeted now by teams like Man City, Arsenal, Barcelona and Malinovsky who plays in Serie A. Ukraine has Mudryk who plays for Chelsea and although he is struggling to find form, he is head and shoulders above any Romanian players at the moment. Ukraine also has Tsyhankov who plays for Girona in Laliga and Dovbyk who is in great form also for Girona. Finally, they got Yaremchuk who plays for Valencia as a backup striker. That squad really is no pushover.
Now let’s look at Romania: they have an amazing talent in defense-Dragusin who plays for Tottenham in the EPL- at the same level or better than Zabarnyi and Mykolenko. I will give Romania that. Romania also has Ratiu who plays in Laliga and seems to be at the same level as Zabarnyi or Mykolenko. The midfield looks relatively bleak although they do have Hagi who is decent and plays in Laliga. Still, nothing compared to the Ukrainian midfield I would say. Romania has a few players for weaker Serie A clubs, and a few Serie B players. Others play in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. They do have a goalkeeper who plays on the same team as Zabarnyi in the EPL too.
I think the teams look really lopsided on the whole. It’s going to be 3:1 Ukraine I would predict.

@@muhammedyamaan6003 I know but those were friendly matches. I do think with Kroos back in the lineup and an inform Wirtz they should be better this year. I know the past few tournaments have been poor, but I would say it’s a mistake to take a team like Portugal who had a very easy ride to the Euros and compare it with a few German friendly matches. Coaches always try out new formations and player combinations.

They are EASILY beating England. England are a team of individual brilliance but no coordination whereas France has both. They lost against Brazil and tied against Belgium so I don't think that England are good enough.
@@yesidisagree6109Likewise, france got completely dominated by germany and barely got by chile in the recent frendlies. You can't really assume how a team will perform at the tournment based on the frendlies before. Tbh, a meeting between the two teams could go either way. Just like their meeting in the world cup that france honestly got lucky to win as england dominated in the second half.
