For anyone struggling with the elevator consistency, place a trapdoor on the cieling of the block above the button. Your character can still walk below this. When youre standing in the elevator, the button press will temporarily activate the trapdoor, ensuring you don't slide out the bottom of the elevator
I'm not sure if it's the latest update but I can't get this to work I'm getting chucked out the back fazing threw walls and breaking the button I tryed the trapdoors and managed to also push that out 1 block witch isn't even possible like the game is making me a block and using it to push the button or the trapdoor
Very nice especially since going down is far more simple then taking just any long trip down this I perfect example of hardly any waste or time of resources it’s in fact quite good use especially if your looking for small space to place and the time to get up just satisfying fast simple
I have a slime drop down with piston kicking me to the side, that I dont bounce. But the slime push elevator, that I build to go to the top, dont work on the server because of some little laggs..
The water is necessary if you want to fall down without dying, but you don’t need the water for it to work, however you still need the slab exactly where it is

@@ElikongIsLit maybe try putting a trapdoor on the front so you cant get pushed it, no clue why youre getting clipped out tho that shouldnt be happenng

Use the feature where you can crouch under a slab, place a slab at the top of your entrance to where you have to crouch under to get in and out. Now you should not get kicked out.

Maybe try a slab, also I’d reccomend standing a bit further back on the slab, you don’t want to be near the front

When I get in and click the button, it pushes me out of the elevator instead of going up. How do I fix this ?
There’s a comment somewhere that explains it better, but you can put a slab just under where you walk in so you don’t get pushed out
