SAUCE FOR NOODLES:
tamarind (puree) can also be substitute with peanut butter.
sesame oil
Tamari Sauce
Brown sugar or sweetener of your choice
almond milk or coconut milk
red onions
garlic cloves and/or ginger
VEGGIES AND FRUITS:
green jackfruit
Carrots
celery sticks
broccoli
cherry tomatoes
peanuts (optional)
sweet potatoes
Bring veggies and sauce to a boil add sweet potato noodles and cook until soft but not mushy (about 3-5 min).
GARNISH WITH:
Lime juice
Cilantro
Scallions
Favorite Spicy Sauce

This is so crazy I just bought some sweet potato noodles for the first time and looking up some recipes now here you go.....yummy
I am so glad to see you use that spiralizer and have it come out so good because that's the one I have they show the new ninja or the other blender that cost so much I have them both somewhere and I had the best one from way back but it was taken as in stolen. The point is is they have a new one out that has a spiralizer attachment and they make everything look so perfect but you just did it absolutely beautiful in this video. I know it's going to take practice for mine to be as good as yours but at least I know there's hope! you know the other thing about Pad Thai is it always has egg in it and they use fish sauce. I've seen fish sauce made and there's one point where it gets maggots in it and then eventually by the time you see it in a bottle it's been strained and it's clear but it sure doesn't start out that way and that smell is so nasty. Talk about ruining a flavor and to be honest I don't mind the smell of most shellfish. Even Barbara cute Sam and doesn't stink to me from a distance I grew up on the beach a cabin in the middle of nowhere. My uncle built it when he was a kid and he was born in the 1800s so it was a big part of our family. shellfish does not taste bad to me the one vegan now I've Had My Moments in life that I've eaten so many artichokes that it was painful to try to get that flavor and taste. anyway Pad Thai is one of my favorite foods and there's nothing healthy about a big tub of rice noodles so this is a great recipe and it's beautiful I bet you it could be made raw if you make it the day before and let everything get sticky and soak into the noodles. I have an illness right now and I'm trying to be as raw as possible right now I can't even eat solid food so anyway thank you for the beautiful video is always and thank you for being so candid with us! and one of your later videos you've made a comment about how we're kind of like family will the people who stood by you like me are sort of like family we get the same feeling back just so you know that! we get attached to the people who share their lives and share their food and share their artwork and all of that and you're one of my favorite people because you're smart and you're sensitive and I would be very proud to call you a family member! you are a very dear soul 🌲💜🐸💚🌱
