Chiang Mai: The Good The Bad And the Sad

My video started with an upbeat vibe, but as the day wore on, well! There are many places in Chiang Mai that show no indication, of the flood and I had not intended to film any of the aftermath. The trip downtown I just used my Iphone, but when I past the make shift dump, I was compelled to film.
