Yep... Nothing could possibly go wrong. It's just an everyday- run of the mill throat cutting. A doctor would be insane to instruct a lay person to perform a crichothyrotomy.
Depends if you want the patient to get brain damage or not.
Well he needed to start breathing, so sometimes you got to what needs doing.

I love how when he's rolled into the ER the other characters rush in after showing how worried they are. Is it following protocols? Not really. Is it heartwarming from a story/character point? yes

@@dominika4009 I was a emt for 6 years no bro no unless guided by medical control and or a dispatcher for 911 which is limited to CPR till trained medical personnel can arrive
@@goatsanddragons3868 you realize why that’s bad right and it’s not a Karen response if you have medical knowledge and training. First thing is first using a straw to to try to create a Trache is not a viable solution. One to flimsy and could break inside and block the air way. Then second by doing this your not sterilizing the area which can cause serious infection and lead to bleeding out as well with nothing to hold pressure to stop bleeding. Among many other things wrong with this scene so yes I’d rather continue to pump the chest at minimum so the heart is still pumping. I am not a Karen when I was a EMT for several years

Short story: the pregnant wife died during childbirth, the english lady & him started to fall in love, almost got married but at the end of the season (6 seasons i believe, SUCH A GOOD SHOW, Highly recommend that & good doctor!!) they didn’t get married unfortunately because she wasnt ready!😔 i could write a whole paragraph of a long story but it would take hours LOL
