Thanks for sharing. I see a lot of good on both sides of the court for newer/lower-level players. Keep communicating with each other as that will be needed as you progress. When serving it's better to hit it deeper over trying to hit it hard. This will make it harder for them to return as well as should allow for less service errors. Make sure your own service returns are also deep and with some loft so you have time to get to the kitchen. It is important to make a real effort each time to move to the nvz/kitchen quickly and fully. When you move to far back from the line, then you are no longer able to block or dink like you will practice. A drill to help while at the nvz is called a fast hands drill. It's basically just 2 (or more) standing across from each other hitting shots to each other without letting them hit the ground. Start slow and increase the speed back and forth each time you do it. You'll gain a lot of hand speed and trust in playing tight at the kitchen.

Thanks for the tip! I’ve noticed this about my serves too. We’ll have a new video out sometime today or tomorrow!

We are new pickleball players ourselves, and just played a tournament a couple of weeks ago. We were in the 2.5 bracket, but had to play 3.0+ teams. We didn't win any games, but luckily weren't pickled either. Not sure if you want any feedback on this game or not, and I'm certainly not the expert. If not, just ignore the following. Getting to the NVZ after return of serve is essential. There's really no reason for your feet not to be planted at that line before the serving team hits the 3rd. A coach gave me some very important advice recently. As the serving team, you have to earn your way to the NVZ with well placed drops. If not, stay put. You guys hit some great shots. I enjoyed watching this game!
