I don't know how you do it man. I'm sitting here with my dog, Luna, who probably won't be making it too far into the new year, just wondering what I'm going to do. She's been my best friend for 12 and a half years, and it feels like a part of me is dying along with her. The vets have done everything they can to try and help her, but it just might be her time. You are truly an inspiration. Before I watched this video, I had no hope that things would get better, but if you can have all that happen, and still see the good in life, then I think I can too. No matter what, Queen will always, always, live in our hearts. When my mom was a child, she had a cat named Sparky. Somehow Sparky got out, and was away for like a couple of months. My mom thought the worst, but after those couple of months she found sparky, although very dirty, probably with scratches, and starving, but alive. I believe that Queen will find her way back. She might be hurt and starving, but I think, and hope, she will come back alive, and will ultimately be alright. Sending love and prayers from PA.
Once when I was very young, my incredibly fat orange cat named Oscar had ran away from our house, Three years later, my dad had found him inside of an alley, alive and well.
We had a cat named rusty, who disappeared for 3 months and came back. And we had 2 dogs, a tiny min pin and a blue heeler, go missing for a month and be found multiple miles away and alive. There is a very good chance queen may work her way back.
This is my first RUclips comment after years of having it. I lost my aunt the day after Thanksgiving and my grandmother the 30th of December this year. I also lost my first baby at just 4 months old last year. Death is such an unfortunate part of life and I’m sorry for your losses. Your videos have gotten me and my wife through the last year and we look forward to every upload. This video was uploaded the day after my grandmother passed and i truly believe it was a sign from god. Ben, I'm very sorry you lost so many friends and I hope you're able to find peace with it soon. Thank you for opening up and talking about your depression. I know a lot of people look up to you so I'm hopeful that this will enable some of them to handle these feelings better when they run into it themselves. It must be incredibly busy running the ranch but I hope you were able to spend some time with your family and new nephew! I really hope things take a turn for the better for you soon. Uncle Ben, thank you for always sharing your faith with us. Around two years ago I was diagnosed with a disease that I inherited from my mother’s side of the family. In the six months I spent undiagnosed and un-medicated, I was unable to walk properly, move my hands, or open my jaw properly. This made me have to stop doing the sport that I love, and I lost so much sleep from the pain. I never wanted to get out of bed because I was so sad and angry. Thankfully, I had people who loved me and god watching over me, urging me to keep getting out of bed. Your videos were the only thing that I could watch to make me laugh again, and to keep my mind off of everything. Once I was diagnosed, I had to get an injection of medicine almost every week, and as someone who is afraid of needles, this was very scary for me. Every time I had to give myself an injection, I would turn on one of your videos to distract myself from the fear, and it would make things so much easier. You helped me get through a very difficult time in my life that I didn’t think I would get through, and I want to thank you for that. I’m praying for you, your loved ones, and your precious animals on the urban rescue ranch. May god be with you!

Ben, I want to share with you because of what you said at the end of your video. Your videos are one of the main reasons I still breathe. At the beginning of last year I was in a horrible work environment that drove me into a deep depression when I found your channel. I heard about your story and began looking for another job and one day I had a breakdown. I just snapped and blew up on my bosses, was crying for hours and had to stay with my parents for a few days so I would be safe from myself. That day we decided I wasn't going back to work there after the 2 weeks family leave they gave me. I was on depression medication that made me feel slightly better although I was coasting by. Now 18 months later I have been off the medication for almost 6 months, work in an amazing environment for people who all genuinely care for each other and am well on my way to my life's goals. All because one of your videos came into my feed and convinced me I could. I have struggled with my belief in God for a long time as I do have my issues with the church but, I do appreciate every time you share about faith. I hope the next year is as good to you as this year was to me. I was to say thank you for renewing my faith not only in myself but, also God and his plan. You're a real one man!

My father passed away in March from ALS and his battle with the disease was rough and painful but when ever I put on one of your videos he would always laugh and enjoy your humor and names you gave your animals, so thank you so much for being able to do that for him as it was so hard to see him smile during the last year of his life, an being a man of god I’m sure he’s up there taking care of all our animals until we see them again. You never have to apologize for anything brother. When ever you need to take time off do it! We will be here waiting for you!❤

I never, ever comment on a video. I don’t even have social media outside of a RUclips account to subscribe to my favorite channels. By the end of this video I was in tears because your honesty and vulnerability truly touched me. I’ve lost in the same manner as you have lost and recently I have been stressed to the point of wanting to walk away from my job and current life to up and move 1,000 miles away just to start over. It’s okay to feel depressed now and again, just don’t let it pull you under. Hold on to your faith and never let anyone take that from you. Social media is a cesspool, but you are one of the bright spots.

Not sure what I identify as faith wise. I'm open about it. because as you said; it can give people strength and hope and even joy. I find that beautiful. Sadly many try to police others and force their beliefs onto others. But the different religions of the world are just another thing that can make humans so damn interesting. She got out during a snow storm last Christmas and was gone for a couple days. I thought the worst but on Christmas eve, we found her and our other dog that got out. I was lost in depression and alcoholism but 11 years ago I gave my will and my life to the care of God, trusting him to help me live. What happened after that was nothing short of a miracle. We have to take care of ourselves, find a way to help others, even if it's just greeting a neighbor, reading to a child, visiting an elderly relative, etc. My prayers go to you!

Hey Ben… Haven’t been watching your content very long, but when I broke my back and was out of work for 3 months this year, the algorithm blessed me with your joyfulness and humor. I was VERY depressed, and concerned about providing for my family, but found peace in watching your “vidyas” with my 3 young children, whom God gave me the opportunity to bond with and spend more time with during my medical leave. This is to say, thank you my brother in Christ! My 4 year old asks me every day, “can we watch boo boo?” Even in the short time I’ve been watching, I’ve seen you expressing your faith more and more… starting with one of my eldest daughters favorite lines: “boo boo listening to the Bible in Chinese?” …and now this one. The Lord is with you, my friend. Praying for you!

Lost my closest friend this year to a motorcycle accident Ben. He wasn't just a friend though he was more of a older brother I got to choose. We told each other everything. He was always there for me. I was supposed to move in with him and we were going to go ride motorcycles together and all of that. Its still unreal for me even after holding his ashes that he is gone. I cannot imagine loosing as many close friends as you have this year. I'm sorry that this year has been so tough on you. I pray that you and your friends are able to come together and remember the good times with those who have passed on. hi uncle ben, i’m jewish and usually i am bothered when people try to “push” their faith, specifically in a way that feels proselytizing, but personally i have never been bothered by the way you share your faith or feel like you are trying to force it upon anyone. you are allowed love and share your faith, especially when it brings you such strength and comfort. i wish you many blessings in this new year, and pray that queen will be found and returned to home safely.
Im a 40 year old single father of two. My profession is strength and conditioning. Ive been coaching for the last 20 years of my life. Opened gyms but lost most of it all during covid. Now i coach in someone else's gym. Being a coach doesnt pay very much and because i spend nearly everything i make on my sons' private educations. My lifestyle is very simple and i love every single day. Because i have wonderful children. And i wake up every day loving my job. I never compare myself to others around me who have much more money. God put us on earth to do good, not to be rich. Raise a family, work hard. It will not be easy, we will be tested but the rewards are always worth it. Happiness is priceless. Never forget that young Uncle Ben. Stay strong and always be yourself.
Finally someone who said how I feel. Animals don't always cure depression. Mine surely make my anxiety and depression worse when they are sick and when they die. I'm so sorry for your losses. I find myself being more and more angry with God. I'm glad you're trying to stay positive and faithful. You're doing amazing.
I feel you Ben. I've lost over 40 people in my life including my brother 20 years ago and my beautiful mother this last September. It's immeasurable pain and I for one really appreciate your Bible verses. It keeps my nose in the good book and gives me something to look up. So thank you. I don't know how you do it man. I'm sitting here with my dog, Luna, who probably won't be making it too far into the new year, just wondering what I'm going to do. She's been my best friend for 12 and a half years, and it feels like a part of me is dying along with her. The vets have done everything they can to try and help her, but it just might be her time.
You are truly an inspiration. Before I watched this video, I had no hope that things would get better, but if you can have all that happen, and still see the good in life, then I think I can too.

No matter what, Queen will always, always, live in our hearts. When my mom was a child, she had a cat named Sparky. Somehow Sparky got out, and was away for like a couple of months. My mom thought the worst, but after those couple of months she found sparky, although very dirty, probably with scratches, and starving, but alive. I believe that Queen will find her way back. She might be hurt and starving, but I think, and hope, she will come back alive, and will ultimately be alright. Sending love and prayers from PA.

Three years later, my dad had found him inside of an alley, alive and well.
We had a cat named rusty, who disappeared for 3 months and came back. And we had 2 dogs, a tiny min pin and a blue heeler, go missing for a month and be found multiple miles away and alive. There is a very good chance queen may work her way back.

This is my first RUclips comment after years of having it. I lost my aunt the day after Thanksgiving and my grandmother the 30th of December this year. I also lost my first baby at just 4 months old last year. Death is such an unfortunate part of life and I’m sorry for your losses. Your videos have gotten me and my wife through the last year and we look forward to every upload. This video was uploaded the day after my grandmother passed and i truly believe it was a sign from god. Uncle Ben, thank you for always sharing your faith with us. Around two years ago I was diagnosed with a disease that I inherited from my mother’s side of the family. In the six months I spent undiagnosed and un-medicated, I was unable to walk properly, move my hands, or open my jaw properly. This made me have to stop doing the sport that I love, and I lost so much sleep from the pain. I never wanted to get out of bed because I was so sad and angry. Thankfully, I had people who loved me and god watching over me, urging me to keep getting out of bed. Your videos were the only thing that I could watch to make me laugh again, and to keep my mind off of everything. Once I was diagnosed, I had to get an injection of medicine almost every week, and as someone who is afraid of needles, this was very scary for me. Every time I had to give myself an injection, I would turn on one of your videos to distract myself from the fear, and it would make things so much easier. You helped me get through a very difficult time in my life that I didn’t think I would get through, and I want to thank you for that. I’m praying for you, your loved ones, and your precious animals on the urban rescue ranch. May god be with you!

Ben, I want to share with you because of what you said at the end of your video. Your videos are one of the main reasons I still breathe. At the beginning of last year I was in a horrible work environment that drove me into a deep depression when I found your channel. I heard about your story and began looking for another job and one day I had a breakdown. I just snapped and blew up on my bosses, was crying for hours and had to stay with my parents for a few days so I would be safe from myself. That day we decided I wasn't going back to work there after the 2 weeks family leave they gave me. I was on depression medication that made me feel slightly better although I was coasting by.
Now 18 months later I have been off the medication for almost 6 months, work in an amazing environment for people who all genuinely care for each other and am well on my way to my life's goals. All because one of your videos came into my feed and convinced me I could. I have struggled with my belief in God for a long time as I do have my issues with the church but, I do appreciate every time you share about faith. I hope the next year is as good to you as this year was to me. I was to say thank you for renewing my faith not only in myself but, also God and his plan. You're a real one man!

For whatever it is worth, it is not a church you need ... the whole point that gets lost in the shuffle, everyone needs a relationship with God, the Prime Creator and if I can elaborate, the way is through Jesus which can be explained another time. What I am trying to say is finding a church is not immediately urgent, what is urgent is accepting Jesus's gift, accepting getting adopted into his family, that is the task at hand: "the gospel By which also ye are saved, [believe that] Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4; [Jesus] Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins ..., through the forbearance of God; Romans Chapter 3:25
If there was a recommendation I would make is get a King James Bible and if you can find a king james bible church ; in the mean time there are good bible studies online, I like Pastor Robert Breakers' bible studies.

My father passed away in March from ALS and his battle with the disease was rough and painful but when ever I put on one of your videos he would always laugh and enjoy your humor and names you gave your animals, so thank you so much for being able to do that for him as it was so hard to see him smile during the last year of his life, an being a man of god I’m sure he’s up there taking care of all our animals until we see them again. I never, ever comment on a video. I don’t even have social media outside of a RUclips account to subscribe to my favorite channels. By the end of this video I was in tears because your honesty and vulnerability truly touched me. I’ve lost in the same manner as you have lost and recently I have been stressed to the point of wanting to walk away from my job and current life to up and move 1,000 miles away just to start over.
It’s okay to feel depressed now and again, just don’t let it pull you under. Hold on to your faith and never let anyone take that from you. Social media is a cesspool, but you are one of the bright spots.

Seeing Uncle Ben cry for the first time made me cry along side him. I truly wish you the best. I can relate to your emotions regarding Queen, I am sitting here watching this video with my dog whom ive had for about 6 and a half years. She got out during a snow storm last Christmas and was gone for a couple days. I thought the worst but on Christmas eve, we found her and our other dog that got out. I hope you find happiness and leave your depression behind.

I am a teacher of English to non-English speakers, and you did a great job! Life gets better! I was lost in depression and alcoholism but 11 years ago I gave my will and my life to the care of God, trusting him to help me live. What happened after that was nothing short of a miracle. We have to take care of ourselves, find a way to help others, even if it's just greeting a neighbor, reading to a child, visiting an elderly relative, etc. My prayers go to you!

I know how hard it is to loose animals and I know how hard it is to loose friends or family. Life is horrible to great people like you sometimes and the only thing you can do is hope for it to get better, as it will. you're making me cry ben😭This year hasn't been so great for me either. I've lost the love of my life a couple of months ago. (internal bleeding, after a surgery) it's been very hard and you remind me well that you always need to be thankful for what you have.

I've been watching you a long time and we all mourned ounce. I still remember when you dropped a lil faith nugget on easter and I was SOOOO LIT about it that i told my bf and he was like ? okay ? But for me it was so exciting and wholesome to know one of my favorite yt'rs believes and actually makes an effort in their faith. You really are a rolemodel and inspire me to be more open about things. I think with the social media age lately we feel a bit outnumbered and nobody wants to be "cringe ah" 😂 but I guarantee there's a lot more Believers around us than we think.

Haven’t been watching your content very long, but when I broke my back and was out of work for 3 months this year, the algorithm blessed me with your joyfulness and humor.
I was VERY depressed, and concerned about providing for my family, but found peace in watching your “vidyas” with my 3 young children, whom God gave me the opportunity to bond with and spend more time with during my medical leave.
This is to say, thank you my brother in Christ!
My 4 year old asks me every day, “can we watch boo boo?”
Even in the short time I’ve been watching, I’ve seen you expressing your faith more and more… starting with one of my eldest daughters favorite lines: “boo boo listening to the Bible in Chinese?” …and now this one.

I’ve never cared about what people believe in specifically. You’re doing good work and I’m very sorry everything has been so hard. My year hasn’t been great either. Not as bad but still! To the animals in your life, and to me, you make an insurmountable difference. I remember watching you when you had a rental house and a backyard. Your sense of humor gave me, and still gives me, so much joy.

Lost my closest friend this year to a motorcycle accident Ben. He wasn't just a friend though he was more of a older brother I got to choose. We told each other everything. He was always there for me. I was supposed to move in with him and we were going to go ride motorcycles together and all of that. Its still unreal for me even after holding his ashes that he is gone. I cannot imagine loosing as many close friends as you have this year. I'm sorry that this year has been so tough on you. I pray that you and your friends are able to come together and remember the good times with those who have passed on. You are also a big part of the reason why I found my faith in god again after going astray for a while. God's plan often doesn't make sense to me. Makes me even a little angry with him but I know he has a plan for everyone for some reason even if it doesn't make sense to us. Praying for you and the animals on the farm and your friends. I love your channel and you! I understand loss I lost my husband, dad, and stepdad, and struggled with my pain and loss. I went from anger at God to asking him for his strength as I could barely breathe from the pain. I will never get over the loss of my husband, but with Gods love I will be okay until I see him again. hi uncle ben, i’m jewish and usually i am bothered when people try to “push” their faith, specifically in a way that feels proselytizing, but personally i have never been bothered by the way you share your faith or feel like you are trying to force it upon anyone. you are allowed love and share your faith, especially when it brings you such strength and comfort. i wish you many blessings in this new year, and pray that queen will be found and returned to home safely.

Im a 40 year old single father of two. My profession is strength and conditioning. Ive been coaching for the last 20 years of my life. Opened gyms but lost most of it all during covid. Now i coach in someone else's gym. Being a coach doesnt pay very much and because i spend nearly everything i make on my sons' private educations. My lifestyle is very simple and i love every single day. Because i have wonderful children. And i wake up every day loving my job. I never compare myself to others around me who have much more money.
God put us on earth to do good, not to be rich. Raise a family, work hard. It will not be easy, we will be tested but the rewards are always worth it. Happiness is priceless. Never forget that young Uncle Ben. Stay strong and always be yourself.

Finally someone who said how I feel. Animals don't always cure depression. Mine surely make my anxiety and depression worse when they are sick and when they die. I'm so sorry for your losses. I feel you Ben. I've lost over 40 people in my life including my brother 20 years ago and my beautiful mother this last September. It's immeasurable pain and I for one really appreciate your Bible verses. It keeps my nose in the good book and gives me something to look up. So thank you. But often times, receiving a notification from you presented an escape and sense of relief for some time, and to see you and learn of what you've been going through, fills me with grief and selfishness.
