David is such a lovely person. They did well to pick him to play The Doctor. He is always so kind and generous to the people he works with and to the fans. And I'm sure he will still drop in for the specials and he will come to the conventions, because he's not just a great Doctor, but he's still a fan too. Just ask his father in law. 😂
Tough one; Doc Chris was intense, but too short a run; Doc Matt Smith was amazing, with the childlike spirit and heavy loads carried; go back to old Who as well, and some great performances, if a bit much with the filler... but yeah, I'd say Doc Chris, Matt and David are all top notch in terms of performance and scripting. Too bad Doc Jody didn't get the scripts she needed, imho.

David & Matt are my two favourites. I didn’t think anyone would ever be as good as David but Matt just shocked me. And I couldn’t help love his version of the Doctor. They both had me in floods of tears whenever their companions left or they themselves regenerated. David & Matt, I hope we see you both again. I can just imagine having you appear in a future episode of a different doctors where we see you running on screen chasing some different alien encounter & the newest doctor remembering he has been here before & has to wait for the coast to be clear to do their thing. They could be picking up their new companion who has stopped off for a visit with family & an emergency calls her/him/they away & the Doctor has to stop off on route to pick them up. Tardis probably would not be happy but it would be funny to watch an older version to be seen chasing down an alien in the background

I hated when he left.. but man, am I glad he's coming back! This episode caught me sad for so long, it's unfathomable. I didn't know he felt upset about doing it, that gets me upset too; 3:04 But he's incredible. I am so exited for him to come back.
To me, David Tennant and Tim Baker are quintessential Doctors but Peter Davison (David’s father-in-law!) is my Doctor and right up there with them, Matt Smith, too.
Honestly, this is partly why I wouldn't want Tennant to come back as the regular Doctor again as it would now make this farewell feel meaningless. And coming back regularly would also make his regeneration in "The End of Time" feel more like Spock's death in The Wrath of Khan. But as his return is only for three specials, doesn't feel that way.
David Tennant! to me was the best Dr.Who . He has wonderful whit's about him and kind of funny to, he is silly but the same time he can be serious. David is just a wonderful brilliant actor. They can not have or do a better Dr.WHo than David Tennant.
David did so much for the series both on and off screen, that production would not have survived season two if not for him, hope he can again inject new life into the series.
Please doctor who writers, please make David our new doctor, he has known vanity issues having regenerated already and kept the same face/body. I need to fall back in love with doctor who and I think David is the only man that can rekindle that fire and excitement of DW. I know you won't but I gotta say my piece, guess it'll be another missed season. 1, David 2, Matt 3, Peter 4, Christopher 5, Jodie Humble opinion, peace and love all. Reintroduce either doctors 1, 2, and/or 3 and I promise that will pick up those ever falling viewer numbers and ratings. Reignite 🔥 that humble fear.
