The Kelly I took with me to hermes once and the sell’s representative thought it was real so did the customer near me . I let them know it was not from the hermes brand lol. The customer wanted to know where I bought it *suluxy* so she could get one like it lol. Honestly I was not embarrassed about it but was amused that everyone thought it was real . :)

Ads only work if you know what you’re doing and most people don’t lol. As someone that has a career building ads it’s much more difficult than people think and takes a lot of manual work especially as a one person company. So yeah, def try organic promo first!
How do you know what sizes will sell? I always think in my size which is small. And I think most adults don't wear a small. I wouldn't even know how many of each size to start with. And what if you buy all the inventory and it doesn't sell???? What you have done is so impressive.

I think my thing is that I like to work with manufacturers that also do the tech pack and work with you on everything from the beginning. Alibaba sucks when it comes to this LOL. Plus majority of them don't sign NDA's
@@niqulusviii987 In the beginning I just searched clothing Manufacturers with low MOQ on Google. The company I was working with went out of business so it's back to square one right now. I have to reach out on FIVERR for fashion designers to make me tech packs and go from there. It's extra work I have to do, but I will succeed.
Heres something know one seems to touch on. Theres so much sizes...how many sizes do you start off with and how many different shades of fabrics. How many meters of fabric to start off with?
Babe I just got my tech pack from my designer and was looking for a manufacturer and this I met a woman who told me I can’t make a custom design unless I’m ordering 1500 pieces worth over $40k I just got frustrated
There are definitely lower mins out there but depending on the level of intricacy in your design it may be higher & also the quality of work of that factory may lower with lower mins. Be mindful, shop around, you got this 🫶🏾
what platform would recommend to start selling your products as a new business? I am indecisive between shopify and tiktok shop. I don't want to share my home address as well
Hi! Great question, imo it all depends on the perceived value you want your brand to have and the customers you’re looking for. Are your items affordable, premium, luxury? Are your ideal customers who would buy this product or item in college? Post grad? Have disposable income? Etc. I think TikTok shop is great if you sell low ticket items that’s would appeal to a large audience who may also be price sensitive and love a good deal! Hope that helps!

You probably be too busy to do this but I figured I’ll give it a try. I've already seen your youtube video but I'm that type of guy that needs every step in detail. Like, step 1: Come up with a name and a logo that represents it. Step 2: Do this. Step 3: Do that. All the way to having the product in front of me. Like how do I make a mock up and learn how to do it, alternative if I can't do it or do have time for it, who do I need to contact to do it for me etc. Who am I for you to randomly take your time off but I really do need help and so do my Mama. Would be so damn grateful you wouldn't ever know if you help me with this. If you can't I really, like really do understand. Are you telling us to get the domain, a great logo, all the social media platforms BEFORE having an actual product? I know what I want to sell, I know my target market, I know what fabrics I want to use, and a pretty good idea of styles...I just need a "push" to get items designed or drawn & find a manufacturer....................Again, BIG thanks!
I suggest once you know what name you want your business to be. Secure all social media handles first and get that out of the way! Then immediately file any necessary paper work & do any due diligence to make sure you can legally use the name you’ve chosen. Logo at the before you start isn’t necessary :)
