The selections from the larger set was based upon an editorial board can raise questions as to why they omitted other important Fathers comments. I guess that is the problem with all editorial boards. Use this bible as an introduction to the Fathers of the Church then get copies of the works of the Fathers you enjoy. Reading the Fathers will change the misconceptions we have on what the early church thought, believed, and considered important, whether you are Catholic, Protestant, or Orthodox. TJ I think your content is great, but I’ll be honest the channel name is not memorable. So every time I see your channel, it doesn’t ring a bell, and I often skip, but then when I watch your video, I’m like, “oh yeah! I like that guy!”
I love this bible. I'm protestant (Presbyterian). I read a lot of reformers and people from today, so this helps me hear an older perspective
