I now roll my sleeves and I got rid of a lot of my printed pieces. I thrift a lot and shopping for solids is really making me find great gems. It also makes packing for trips easier.

I defenitrly recommend this brand ive trued other ones but these are the only to fit nicely and stay on perfectly! Do support this great brand!

Long hair is a must (unless model but models can afford long wigs for next season). Also, yes this is a thing: ONE POUND or _just bloating_ on an under-18bmi can make us look pregnant. (Cause we're little: it really shows.) We wear shapewear not to "compress" but to "enhance" (meaning "fake") curves to look "normal". Trying to avoid being called bobble-head is also fun - scarves and floppy hats to compensate! Finally docs always think you're anorexic, or exercise addict, or drug addict (and most of us aren't). But it is nice not having to worry what we eat, NGL. Still have to make it organic for overall health, but I guess we can "cheat" more easily?

When you mentioned a heel I was laughing because when my friend and I were in our 20’s going out (nearly 60 now!), we would get dressed up but we would then say right heel on! That would give the final ‘look’. You didn’t mention posture, and this too is so important in how you look and feel. Now I’m older and have gained weight through medical issues it’s more wearing clothes that flow and flatter. A line and layered. A wider cut of trouser leg not tight. It’s about making the best of yourself, for yourself. Someone once said every flower needs a hint of colour to bring out its beauty. I’ve never forgotten that. You look amazing, yes your young and slim but you make an effort. Even you would look like you’d been dragged through a hedge backwards if you didn’t take the time! Never stop what you do, you have inner beauty as well as outer beauty. Stay safe🌈🙋♀️🇬🇧💖

Another simple one to add: BRUSH HAIR! _Occasionally!_ Everyone can tell difference between 4+ day old hair with dry shampoo and other product caked into it, and actual washed, brushed hair. Even messy buns (which I love) ...they don't look "great" on 4+ day old hair; they look cute on 2nd (or first) day hair. SImple: brush hair!

Yeah, ive gained about 60 pounds in 15 years. After my 3rd baby, i got into the habit of wearing sweats and sweaters alllll the time! Im 36 now and weigh about 180ish. Im barely getting into wearing dresses and trying to put more effort in my looks again 😉 Good tips! Thank you
