How we live in the new PERMANENT FORM of heaven and hell will be up to us by our choices and behaviors here on this temporary earth. Jerusalem is located in the center of the earth. What a bunch of bull . There are no scriptures in the bible that reads anything of a pre Rapture of the church before tribulation. Jesus prayed that we stay here .John 17;15. In Revelation 16:15 is the rapture.
