Cruising in Baltimore is back and we are aboard the Vision of the Seas again! This time the scenery is a little different than last due to the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. This is the first cruise ship that returned to Baltimore since the ship channel has been opened for limited traffic! This is a time-lapse video of 48 minutes condensed into 6 at 8-16X speed.
