- The story of Abolfazl is a young engineer who has been imprisoned because of a fight that has been imprisoned in life and possibly wrong decisions. In this difficult time, he is thinking of his future as well as the life of his family. In the meantime, Batul, Abolfazl's wife or partner, faces a big challenge. He goes to Dr. Sonography to ensure his pregnancy.
Ultrasound results show that the twin beatol is pregnant, but unfortunately the doctor informs him that these twins have a lip cleft problem. The news is very unfortunate for Betul and he cannot stop his tears. The feeling of despair and worry about the future of his children encompasses him.
The doctor advises Betul to go to cities for better treatment where specialist doctors work. This offer reflects hoping to improve the situation of children and a better opportunity for a future. With this great challenge and the decision it has to make, while Abolfazl is in prison, Betul must face new problems and responsibilities.
