@@macksmovingtraining7888 in this matchup, that monster being on there board doesn’t matter as much at the potential floodgate that they have set, once that ritual board is set up the monster doesn’t matter, it can’t attack and it will be beat over before it’s effect will ever play a role, so it staying an extra turn doesn’t really matter
@BravoYGO yea got you and I know it's a timing thing but I think activating 1st to see if he bites on negating the activation and maybe summoning a Geri or just bating out a reaction oppose to losing both maybe puts you in a better position. Once synchro zone is active it buys you tons of time unless he has a spell card to destroy it.
He should have batted out the negate in game 1 with slumber and ended on synchro zone.
How would slumber have baited out a negate? Slumber poses no threat
So slumber would have stopped the fusion from attacking that turn and most cases that players wants to attack he would have negated that slumber.
