I like how the creators of installer make you to choose to download app for Windows and then after installation it does not run because it was initially made for Linux and you need to download some additional stuff. So why this installer was for Windows... nobody knows :)

I need torch 1.5+ for a new project and found out CUDA 10 cannot support torch 1.3 or +. I don't want to upgrade cuda version because it will mess everything on my other projects. Can I use docker on my windows 11 to keep two cuda versions?

my docker has no home page aswell and there is no ubuntu coz there is no home page.

It looks like you only installed the extension in Visual Studio code, and not Docker itself. Are you sure you installed Docker?
