Never in history of Jamaica i have seen such art of cooking from the beginning with the fire man preparing the fire to cook the food this is the most organize roadside restaurant I’ve ever seen it’s like making a formula and you know exactly what to put in it all the chefs knows exactly what to do from the top iron Chef to the sous chefs they are all awesome guys,I left Jamaica many many years ago over some 40 something years and I’m looking forward to come back to Jamaica to really travel to honover to meet these iron chefs I am myself is a foodie love my yard food,yes and the young man that does the broadcasting he is wonderful he is awesome the way how he describe the food makes you want to eat right awayI’m very proud of him who is doing something that he likes to do big up to you my son ,everyone have a blessed day continue cooking love one love
