actually i think the first "machine gun" sound was from "jailbreak" from AC/DC... when in the bridge before the last chorus, Angus Young goes like that after Bon Scott howls: "rifles! firin'!" like some kind of sound effect on the song. As always everyone ripps from AC/DC...
