Hey Mike. Thanks a lot - I will let Genta answer this one, but I'm 99% sure, it can be easy done (if you have the API conecction to the chatbot and CRM). Even if you don't Genta can automate the UI. Kind regards, Anders

I like how easy Genta looks, could it process excel outcomes from user filled forms - decode them to automatic results and then bring the results to PDF and send it to the people who filled it? Or is there better software for it?

Very interesting but the retrieved invoice data from the second I think is wrong. The receipt is showing 19-Oct-2010 and the retrieved date is 2010-10-20

Thanks a lot 😊 Oh, I see. Genta uses Base64 and Azure Document Intelligence, and I would always add checks (maybe even human-in-the-loop), when extracted difficult documents. Kind regards, Anders

I've worked with MS Power automate for last 6 months ( Have 4 yrs of experience of rpa in uipath and automation anywhere also) and after I found this I also feel that other RPA tools are completely waste compared to Genta bro. I think if we need to make ourselves relevant in the field we need to learn tools like Genta where RPA is done by prompting.
There is also another company called Induced AI which provides such AI automation solutions. So tools like MS PAD, AA, UiPath will take a big hit.
