Exploring the 1990 mini-series, based on Stephen King's iconic novel IT, this documentary tells a story heard by few and showcases a wealth of behind-the-scenes footage and photos seen by even fewer.
From investigating the cultural phenomenon of coulrophobia (the fear of clowns) to Tim Curry’s magical portrayal of the notorious clown monster, this story promises to dig deeper into the Pennywise phenomenon than ever before!
Featuring interviews with many of the cult classic's key players, including director Tommy Lee Wallace and cast members Tim Curry, Seth Green, and Richard Thomas.
nothing against the remake, the first "chapter" was great, but something that i loved about the 90's IT was that you could feel the sadness and nostalgia in the air, and tim curry didn't need to look scary (like bill did in the remake), HIS PERFORMANCE WAS SCARY
I mean Bills performance is pretty damn unsettling as well like he did a fucking fantastic job. Hes so creepy. Bill acted like an alien trying to pretend to be human, that's how i see it anyway
Great adaptation of the book, the first half is very good and accurate.
No movie or TV show can ever replace this classic, this is the best!
Idk what it is but I get crazy overwhelmed with emotion when I see Val Kilmer & Tim Curry as they are now. I’m so glad they’re doing better
Bro the 1990 it gives me the most nightmares, Tim curry your it scared me
I like it better than the 2017 and It chapter 2
Bill Skarsgård was an excellent Pennywise, but Tim Curry is the GOAT!!!
Yeah yup
The reboot wasn’t scary but it was greatly made I wish they could’ve used the same clown style as the original so much can be don’t now with modern technology
Me too I wish they didn't change his look at all
I didn't know that Richard Thomas and John Ritter from The Waltons had both acted in the movie It! 😳
Where can i see this documentary?
It? Oh you mean the good one? The one that was actually scary? So not the reboot
The 90s IT wasn't as scary as the remake imo, it just depends on what kind of scares you like
Cringe. Tim Curry is a creepier Pennywise but the reboots are better movies as a whole.
Bury the bolt, not set it.
