Great question! With any medical issues that can't be proven through test results, bloodwork or an x-ray, it's based on reports from your doctor. Your doctor's report includes whatever it is that you've reported to your doctor. We also have a video on the importance of communication with your doctor, because it is so very critical for a successful disability claim. That video is here: ruclips.net/video/iYJYYrNUqfY/видео.html
