Hola Ricardo!! gracias por todos los tutoriales y espero te vaya muy bien!!! Ojalá puedas ayudarme con un problema. Tengo un Asus x415ma que venía con 4gb de ram desde hace 3 años. Según el fabricante se puede aumentar hasta 8gb de ram ddr4. Yo hice el upgrade a 8gb de ram, pero al encender el equipo sigue mostrando en la bios y en la información de sistema que tiene instalada solamente 4gb de ram (no como utilizable, sino como total). probé la ram en un lenovo y sí me muestra los 8gb, por lo que no es la tarjeta ram nueva. Ningún técnico ha podido darme una idea de qué puede ser. Gracias!!
