Gosh it’s so refreshing seeing your healthy relationship with food. So many influencers depict these insanely “clean” diets, and I worry about the impact that has on the psyche of young women.
You clearly look after yourself with workouts and having your smoothies etc, yet you also seem to have balance with indulging in cupcakes and good old delicious Mac and cheese. Well done Josie for being a positive role model and showing how you can be healthy and also enjoy treats.
I woke up with so much anxiety and watching the end of this vlog with the garden and the supper club just calmed me down so much, I feel inspired to begin my day without worry now 🤍
Ugh that white dress is absolutely gorgeous! The detail! it's just a dress that wins and you don't even need accessories because the dress is such a star!

Same! I am fluorescent , but watched anyway. It's interesting and I like watching, as long as people don't say things like "oh my God I look pasty white", "I look like a ghost so I need a tan", "I want to look healthy", "I look so ridiculous, I can't" (some of the things I've heard RUclipsrs say when talking about their natural skin colour and tanning routines). That's not very nice.
I want a tan glow now after seeing that you can have a natural look with products!

Lovely Josie ~ I'm ordering the River Island sandals after I type this, simply elegant and so fun! Thank you for the long vlogs filled with balanced subjects and the oh so posh pups as well. The spider moment is so relatable and hope it was found soon after. Gorgeous hauls, happy to see you added trousers, so many holiday pieces that we look forward to seeing again in 2022 perhaps. I think it's wise to "schedule spontaneity" so you both can get time off as you both deserve. And the mac and cheese interlude is the Josie we know and love! Cheers lovelies! You totally motivate me to get back out into my yard and invest love and time into it. We’ve not put a lot of energy into since Covid began so I’m really enjoying the process of it all. Total satisfaction. You also inspired me to start my first raised planter for veggies and herbs 🤞🏽 I’m so excited to start enjoying the fruits of my labor. 😂
I use the vita liberata gradual tan , that’s it. It just gives me a nice colour all the time and because I spend quite a lot of time outside, I look fairly brown spring and summer. It’s always been my favourite. I have the face “blur”too, mixed with a light foundation it’s really pretty, a little like by terry brightening cc serum

GLOW ☀️ 😎 Loved the guidance for self tanning, was very informative. Loved the outfits, especially the river island sandals. Wish they came with a lower heel.
Garden looks fantastic and is really taking shape.
Can recommend getting a plug that keeps spider bugs etc out of your bedroom or whichever room. It sends out a sound the spiders etc don't care for. Doesn't hurt them and stops you like us from screaming and hanging off the ceiling when they appear.
