It's crazy how trained his ear is. He's sitting in a restaurant eating and the music captures his moment and he can't function until he chops up what he's heard. In the backseat, on the highway. It's genius.
9th is a genius in general but that's not a unique scenario for producers at any level, especially with apps like Shazam, 45King who produced Eminem Stan heard the sample in a advert and made the beat that night
BLIND WITH VISION what’s going on bro. My name is J Breeze, and I am co-CEO of the visionaries. We are a totally blind production team, and we are machine gods! Would love to talk to you, and hear some of your work.
EQs, compressors, grain delays, beat delays invaluable tools on the mk3. Just figured out the sampling assignments for pads because I was so caught up in all the sounds and ways to manipulate them. Native Instruments user for life.
One of my favorite producers ever! I meet 9th at a beat battle competition here in Oklahoma where he was judging the competition. He was just as dope in person, chopped it up for a minute with me, took a picture with me and definitely left a imprint on me that I will remember forever! Thanks for sharing your love and light with the world bro!
Maschine is the reason why we have got one of the best music in the world. Artists like Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park has been a user as well. Thank you Native Instruments for such great sounds. :) Komplete Collector’s Edition is a bliss. Glad to own it.
I remember meeting 9th Wonder in our offices back in 2012 and he was one of the nicest and down to earth guys I'd ever met. That was in a time when I took a long break from beatmaking to focus on the company I co-owned at the time, but his use of the maschine along with a few others on the NI team, inspired me to get back into it and purchase my MK3 last year. I haven't looked back since 🙌🏾.
Native Instruments MK2 and the Native Instruments Community changed my life, and someday I will be able to thank the company and all my fellow Maschine Masters on that main stage for doing so but until then Thank You Guys And Lets Keep Creating the Sounds That’s Changing the World Record by Record
One of the Old School Kings! 👑 He is the reason why im use the NI products. I see it at the first time in a video with him, that a sample instrument sounds like a real one. 👌
9th Wonder Nottz and Khrysis are killing it on Maschine, 🙌🏽 I switched to MPC live for portability, also my Maschine encoders were a little dodgy. I still love Maschine tho

9th Wonder is on of the best to ever do it. That’s a true music producer to the fullest. True legends always leave room to grow. That’s dope that he’s humble to still learn from others.
Great video. So inspired. You don’t see this anymore in 2019. Most producers have RUclips channels with tutorials and don’t show the desire to collaborate with artists and make music. This was refreshing. A guy that got to work with vocalists we admire.
i have a question. i use mp3's to sample my music not actual physical records, if i bought the sampler that he was using in this video will i be able to sample mp3's on it?
I love Maschine and NI gear. I had Mk1, Mk2 and the Studio. Considering getting the Mk3 but I would really love if Native Instruments made a Studio mk2. Wondering if its dumb waiting for it.
Native Instruments, please consider doing workshops on how artists can clear samples. I understand there are businesses out there that profit off of buying the rights to remixes, but things have changed. With this current landscape of music, it would be incredible to see a company who profits from using the status and recognition of an artists like 9th Wonder who is known for sampling, to show others how that system works today. Show your customer base how to properly go through the right channels, even by themselves, to clear samples so that they can express themselves and share their music unhindered by an archaic business model and music industry. You have more than enough power to have dedicated people, like 9th Wonder, to host workshops to show people how this works. MORE SO, you can offer all of this as online courses. This isn't giving away any trade secrets, in fact, it's empowering us as artists to give back to those who we sample and to do so in the legal and appropriate manner. This can be an added element to your business that will give your customer base the tools to be successful. Successful customers means more money for you. Hopefully you don't hate that.
Let me see those likes for the amazing stapler! This is the only channel that I can say I watch all videos from top to bottom. Man, it's like waiting for the next chapter of your favorite series.
