Seems like they're trying to teach you how to fight 'annoying defenders'. Which I honestly quite like cuz there's not a lot of places to do endurance tests on those pesky defenders. I'm not mad about this quest at all 😊
@@gijs008 they are really not it’s quite tedious. It’s not real practice cause firstly you do no damage, but then when you do start dealing damage it’s super inflated. It’s not a real BG/War style fight which is what I assumed you’d want practice for, as it’s not an obtainable real champion cycle
@Eddd1e I see what you're saying, but I don't fully agree. You have to play around the defenders mechanics first and once you've done it long enough you get rewarded by blasting them into oblivion. I know it's not the best practice parameter, but it definitely helps.

Also the base kits don’t really mean much since kabam always likes to node up these defenders whether it be war, BGs, or the event quest
Yes, but no. Yes, this is cool to see something like this, but no because this was the worst place to do it. Nothing you do in these off-showcase fights will translate to actual AW. Honestly, it'll be counterintuitive. Alliance War is not really about facing tricky defenders, its about fighting the nodes. Half the stuff I know in fighting bullseye, for example, is not applicable in AW because he's always on node 49.

For me, the carries where Peni, Red Skull and Ultron. Surprised you actually won the fight against Domino, since Iron Heart is really bad against her, since all her light attacks have a chance to give an armor up.
Her armor buffs are immune to abylity accuracy. Just remove sentinel relic, or change pause incinirate rune, cuz this rune are pure fuel for crit fail damage. Then she will be fine, but still not the best

This quest was very easy and fun to me, used: sentinel (mvp), red skull, Shuri, peni (made Emma fun, cause u can just block her specials) and Howard who I basically only used for bishop. No items used, was just fun as hell to hunt down mutants as sentinel, 10/10 need more of this type of stuff imo
I’d say crossbones is the best champion out of all of those, but you need to get good at him first and he does exist as a 7* so for that reason you might want to invest into zemo or stealthy if you really like them instead, and I would not rank 6* Attuma. 8.2 bahamet is in my opinion the hardest boss of act 8 / 9 so far and both zemo and crossbones (if duped / high sig work for him) so you might want to pick either of them over stealthy. So in conclusion basically just depends on who you like more, zemo or crossbones
What I don't like it how these monthly quest are catering more towards only end game players majorly of players aren't end game and the only things that are being added are mostly end game stuff and on top of that the rewards for event are kinda laughable especially right after banquet
They just gave you noobs 10 free 7*s and you can make cavalier or throne breaker super easy. What more do you want ? We had to play act 6 with 5*s, people aren’t sympathetic towards to this 2025 noobie squad
@ well it wasn't 7 stars you had to be at least thronebreaker im pretty sure to get the 7* i think it was 6* otherwise which is still good but they can only get you so far you still need resources and the banquet only really catered towards end game players again and some people missed the banquet not everyone played during the banquet
@ and also there was so much to get in the banquet event new players aren't gonna want to play this event because none of it matters and the best rewards in this event are not accessible to most f2p and even if they had 7* it wouldn't matter because of the content that actually gives good rewards difficulty
The side quest and monthly EQ aren’t endgame tuned, so what are you talking about? The AW showcase? That’s always been endgame, just ignore it and do the normal content

SEATIN PLEASE GET KABAM TO SORT THIS BUG OUT ITS ACC FUSTRATING, Like barely block or dex properly and keep thinking it's me when bug prevents it, game crashes mid fight and it's just wasting sooo many resources in doing so, like kabam need to fix the bug and owe every player compensation, it's all good and well making new content but they need to fix the bugs in game and make it seamless, like they knew there were bugs in game and yet they released new content and champs, like wheres the logic, ironheart and couple of other champs look very washed out 🫠🫠

For Dust, use incinerate instead of rupture. Incinerate (or plasma) counters sand.

Lady can take most of the fights except for mr sinister…she shuts down their abilities…ultron for mr sinister….iron doom took bishop real quick

For dust you want to keep it on the incinerates as it removes the sand without turning them into passives

Anyone in the comments. Should I rank Zemo, Crossbones, Stealth Spidey, or Attuma (all 6*)? I'm paragon on 8.1 if that helps.
Zemo can be good at both defence as well as offense, crossbones need high sig , Attuma is very good defender. I would go for zemo or attuma
