Everyone's talking about the diving headbutts, but I think it was moreso the Germans that screwed up his brain. Think about it, he usually hit his opponents in the ribs with the headbutt, but every match, he would hit multiple Germans, which have you falling backwards, (usually on the back of your head, and you have a 200+ pound guy driving your head towards the mat as well. Stack that up over a 22 year career...
