Grid will be AC, Solar will be connected through Inverter and Battery will also be connected through Inverter.

And i think the circuit connections you have provided is not complete coz in the code, analog pins of arduino are connected to different loads and LCD connections are also different. please recheck it.
Kindly correct it according to pins mentioned in code.
Can you provide connection diagram with stepdown transformer and switch to make peak hours and battery less than 40%
