  • It's about time I did another wardrobe declutter. I've been through a lot of lifestyle changes over the past few years, and I am definitely holding onto clothes that no longer fit my lifestyle.
I'm excited to share this wardrobe declutter video with your today, which will hopefully get you excited and motivated to organise and declutter your own wardrobe too.
There's no way you can find your personal style without first having an organised wardrobe. I'm sharing a few organisation tips along the way too. I hope you enjoy!

The best closet curation series I have used in the last 10 years. Not too complicated and allowed me to be me. You were the teacher not the influencer and it made all the difference. Bravo Emily!

I loved how realistic, honest and practical was your decluttering. So true that life can run ahead of us and the wardrobe ends up no longer representing our current lifestyle.

The trash bin and scissors in the wardrobe and the in-between-wears container are such good ideas! That also just gave me the idea of having a container of things that need dry cleaning and/or tailoring because I feel like I often put those items back in the closet with everything else and then forget about them and only remember when I reach to wear them and realize I can't - and on the cycle goes!

I’m only 2 minutes into the video, but I wanted to come on here to say that this is exactly what I need right now! I also moved and had a baby, and I haven’t cleaned out my closet since after college, so this video is going to be my guide. 😁

So good to see you back, Emily! And thanks for keeping it practical and sustainable. Lots of wardrobe organisation content promotes buying fancy new plastic containers, that puts me off. And as a mum of 2 small kids through a pandemic, I've really not chimed with declutter approaches that need a whole day of undisturbed thinking and try-ons. Thank you, more of this please!
PS: I too have a dedicated "half-worn clothes" space in my wardrobe, makes it easy to check when there's space left over in the washing machine.

Your video gave me the motivation to do my own closet decluttering. My problem with decluttering is that I see it as all or nothing. I'm a perfectionist and I never seem to find the time or the head space to do it all at once. One step at a time makes sense. Thanks for sharing 😊

I was picking out my outfit a few days ago, following the three colors rule you taught in one of your videos of course(style saver 😅) and I was wondering how you were doing. So when I got the notification of your video today I was like “yay!” 😂. I do a lazy declutter every time the season changes, it makes it so much easier for me. Take care of you and your beautiful family ❤❤
