This should be part of a negotiation course. He never let Daniel speak even though he knew an offer was coming. He could have just stayed quiet, hear Daniel and use the input as leverage to better his position.
I understand they are sharks, but i think they should all be allowed to make an offer and then they can start battling. It's so unfair really to the unexperienced person to be forced or threatened really to take an offer and be told deal is off if you even entertain another shark.

When the sharks all fight like children that is the oppurtunity to take control and ask a direct question to the shark that is sitting on the sidelines waiting to say something. i don’t like that in some episodes all the sharks respect each other and get all their offers out before giving the entrepreneur the time to think about everything and counter. but then other episodes (this one) they give him an ultimatum while the other sharks have their mouthes stapled shut. it really makes the show inconsistent and annoying to watch sometimes.

I think the cost is way too high. A lot of people would love this product, (who doesn’t want to eat ice cream on the go and not have it melt?) but I would definitely not pay over $25 let alone above $40 for it. He needs to lower cost to get more customers on board.

Just ordered mine yesterday with a custom laser engraving😊🍦 I also take ice cream very seriously😂 and getting it safely from the store to my home is a real problem, especially in the summer (because I do my shopping trips on foot). Sure, the shipping fees to Finland hurt a bit😅, but it felt really awesome to show my support to both one of my all time favorite TV shows, as well as a great entrepreneur!🫶🏻
