Recipes that I have to read online, really overwhelmed me and watching this video made me excited to cook today it’s my fiancé’s birthday. I hope he loves it.
Oh my my MY!!! I could hug you!! Seriously.....I can’t tell you how many years I’ve looked for this recipe! I can not thank you enough for sharing this!
I fell in love with your channel a long time ago, but I still forget the recipes, so I'm so grateful that I can always come back to watch your videos. I'm also watching another cooking channel. De mi Rancho a tu cocina. She reminds me of the abuela I never had. You'd love her.
So made these for Christmas day meal. roomate and i both away from our families due to covid . wanted somthing easy that a novice cook could pull off . it came out great very tasty
I made these last night and there are a ton of them so it will be great to freeze them for later too. Very easy recipe. Thanks, this busy mom doesn't have time for complicated dishes. I substituted italian sausage for the beef, and left some without the meat for my friends. I plan to serve this for lunch this week with a salad and crusty bread. Thank you!
Thank you for this recipe! I made it but didn’t have ricotta so I used cottage cheese. All my herbs were dried. I made a huge batch and if you haven’t tried this yet I completely cooled several of the dishes covered with aluminum foil and then wrapped in plastic wrap labeled and froze. It’s been a year and a half and I just took out the last one and it was still delicious. The older I get the harder it is to make these dishes with lots of ingredients and lots of steps. So when I do it I do it all the way 😂. And make enough as if I’m still cooking for a house full of teenage kids. I decide up into smaller glass dishes and freeze in a amount for just my husband and I. Dinners made good and by me. ❤
So impressed with your channel. Happen to run into your channel. I am so impressed. Love your recipes. Your so precise on your directions. Right to the point. My granddaughter is a beginner cook. Although she has watched her nana cook, growing up. She finds you so easy to understand. Your recipes are on point!!
I just yesterday made these,,, recipe off a box of shells...... Grow in up Italian,,, I ate these in the highchair....... Mine came out Dam good !!! My grandmother's ,,,,, where do I begin, everything home made.... Sauce started that 5 a m and would simmer half the day....
exactly what I'm making for dinner tonight :D I bought some ricotta on a whim because we had some shells and was hoping I wouldnt need anymore ingredients - yay! Can't wait
Guys so I just made this recipe, and it tastes SO FREAKING DELICIOUS!!! 😍😍 Like it tastes like my moms cooking!!! It is so incredibly yummy, and simple to make!! And it’s also cheap!!! Only like $15-$20 to make this!!! Thank you so much for this video this is definitely one of my favorite things to make for dinner from now on ♥️♥️
My mom always placed the ricotta cheese in a fine strainer over a bowl to let the excess water drain out. It prevents it from making your final dish watery.
I make stuff shells , but I make homemade meatballs and stuff them in the shells. Plus I make homemade Italian sauce my grandma made. Makes me want some.😋
I just made this and wow was it amazing! I did add a little bit of lemon slices while it Cooked and it add just a little more flavor! Thank you for the recipe, it was great!
That looks so yummy! I am on a 1000 calorie a day diet right now, but as soon as I reach my goal and can eat more than a bit of dust and some air I am going to try this. Thank you for sharing!
I tried this recipe. It was Great! Thank you! The only variations Made were I used minced onion because I couldn't find the onion powder. (I found it after the fact lol). And I added fennel seeds to give it a little more italian sausage taste. Thanks again! You Rock sista!
I .most definitely will try this, this weekend. Only thing I'll add is some garlic bread.probally bakery kind. This look so good I wanted to jump through my phone and have just one. I have a large family so ill.double this no problem. When you have 2 teenage boys they eat plus my husband they going eat 2 maybe 3.thats fine I'm used to cooking for a full house.👍💯🤗👋love, respect and positivity always neita james.
Lol right! I have 5 kids (adults now) not including our daughter in law and 2 granddaughters but they still usually have dinner with us every night and I still make big meals too😉
I finally made these. I used left over Beyond meat (that no one liked) and mixed with chicken chorizo. I didn't need to season. Everyone was surprised at how good it tasted! I will make this dish again but with ground beef. 👍👍
@@ChefKingFresh going to veganize it by using vegan cheeses and beefless crumbles. Already looked up vegan ricotta cheese and know where to get it so I'm ready!
These look soooo good, I'm going to try making these!!! When I make mine, I use the Skinnytaste recipe, your meat is in the sauce you make, and you add spinach (frozen kind) to the cheese mixture....YUUMMM!!! I'm definitely going to try it this way, thank you for all your variety of videos, my daughter and I love watching you!!💚🤗
Hi A.!!! Your recipe today really looks tasty. I have never ate these stuffed shells before. I shall give them a try one day. Looks nice and cheesy. Nice video.
Stuffed shells are so delicious! I add some grilled chopped onions, portobello mushrooms, julienned carrots and zucchini in my ricotta mix to stuff my shells with and so delicious! You definitely need to try stuffed shells sometime they are fantastic!
Parm, Mozarella, & ricotta cheese ! OMG, how delicious is this ?? Ooh wee I wish I had a plate right now with a nice Caesar salad & garlic bread ! Um Hmn !
I have been making these for 40 years , I use fresh chopped onions and fresh garlic, plus put cooked drained spinach in the ricotta cheese mixture , and I make my own sauce ,
Me too. Also try adding some portabella mushrooms, julienned carrots and zucchini to give it an amazing flavor and more texture. Sauce from scratch is so delicious and much easier than people realize.
@Buffy ... Could you share your recipe? This one didn't have what you said, so I'd be curious what else you add. Maybe, just list the differences, if you could. And, how you make your own sauce?
@@LipSmackingEats Same as I said to @Buffy. Could you take time to share your recipe and/or the differences? How do you make your own sauce? Do you have a weblink to the recipe? I can recommend the channel Pasta Grannies, that’s real authentic Italien cuccina
Yeah try to eat just 2. So comforting. I’ve substituted dry cottage cheese, small curd when I didn’t want to make a grocery run! It works.

These are amazing. I’ve made them twice now; once as the recipe says, and the other time I swapped the ground beef for ground Italian sausage
