Most of the black woman recover slowly. White women are back in shape in a couple of weeks after giving birth, but black woman not. It's in our DNA. So let the nature works. Dont be afraid. Everything will be allright, on his time. For now, just enjoy the time with your lovely and careful husband who loves you a lot and your newborn baby Gio, who is adorable, without worrying about being back in shape or worrying about your belly. I looked like I were still pregnant until 1 year after giving birth. And suddenly after the first birthday of my child, it was gone. I had a flat belly again, without surgery, without training. Only my faja, 3 times a week. So my mother and grandmother were right.

Yo soy negra y tengo 4 hijos, los vueles tuve cada 2 años consecutivos mi última hija tiene 1 año y medio y recuperé mi cuerpo en menos de 4 meses y tengo amigas blancas que han tenido que esperar más de 1 año para volver a tener el cuerpo de antes.
Sin olvidar que para recuperar tu cuerpo todo dependerá de tu alimentación y la vida que lleves también .
Así que deje de decir que las blancas as si recuperan pronto y las negras no . Por que cada cuerpo es diferente sin importar tu color de piel . Gracias

It is difficult to lose weight after giving birth...the biggest thing for me was avoiding food places when going out drinking nothing but water and eating really healthy at home ...you can do it! Love you guys ❤
