I believe what Joe says but the methods I've heard are not only ineffective but counter productive. This one really got through. Thank you so much for the soft Joe voice on this one. I wanted to shout yea.i was discussing with my son yesterday how much I wish for one just like this. much better.

I’ve been trying to understand how this works. I watched a video 58 min long and had 1 ad interruption. Than I watched it again later and it was interrupted with ads literally every 3 minutes. Crazy!
It would be great to have an intro at the beginning of meditations so that we can "get comfortable" and "ready", so not to get frustrated in hurrying into place before we actually "settle in" to partake of the experience.
