hi I have the benq xl2746s, how come every time I start blurbusters strobe utility, I find the persistance and area values changed? I tried to uninstall, but from the service menu it also happens that I find the values started, for example I set 5 and 0, I start a game, I open the service menu and I find 10 and 10.

Hi, can you tell more about your VT tweak? Today I purchased xl2546s with firmware 003 and I could not get closer to your results. 100 HZ look just awful on my monitor.

What browser are you using? Firefox causes issues so if you're going to do the fullscreen test, use Chrome or IE. As for VT, push it as high as it will go at 100 Hz through testing. There's no one size fits all since it's all scaler dependent and your XL2546S is not the same panel or even scaler I believe as mine. You will also need to access the service menu or use Blur Busters Zowie utility to adjust the area/intensity similar to how I did in this video.

@@OGSuperDirty yeah. i used chrome. I set area/intensity exactly the same as yours. I tried to change the values a little, but it was not successful.
It's the first time I'm using benq panel and I don’t fully understand which VT number i need to use. I created a new 100 hz resolution by copying all the numbers in this screenshot blurbusters.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/create-custom-resolution-1350.png
I tried 1350 and 1500, but maybe I need to use higher numbers? I just need to find the maximum value at which the display will work, like overclocking hz? Will it be safe for the panel. Cause it will have to run at that threshold several years?

@@user-nx5yj4sk3t As long as the test succeeds then it shouldn't hurt the panel. To calibrate it, I would suggest using the BlurBuster Strobe Utility (blurbusters.com/benq/strobe-utility/) to find the ideal area/intensity and then when you find one you like, use the panel service menu to lock it in.
