- Never been a massive fan of crossovers, but I can see the appeal in this all new T-Roc R! Here’s a first drive video where I had an hour with the car to see what it’s all about.

Hi guys - firstly, thanks for watching. Secondly, I know I make some comparisons to the Puma ST and I appreciate they aren’t direct competitors - but they are the only sports crossovers I’ve driven, so had nothing else to compare against in terms of first hand experience. So no disrespect to the Puma!😁

Only reason I would pick one over the golf r is because there's less chance of it getting stolen

That's a descent looking car and sounds really nice, would you consider doing some quick footage of the boot and engine bay on future blogs I appreciate that on modern cars there's not much to see but it gives a more indepth review 😉
If I had more than an hour with it I’d deffo get more in. But it’s so stressful trying to get just the drive filmed within the allocated time 😥

Bloody hell that was almost BMW M2 money few years ago.
You can get one for 42k on a base spec but still, rather pricey. But what isn’t these days 😥
Just about anything that has a 300hp EA888 and DSG is worthy of a place on (my) your drive😀

I'm sure it's very nice but £51K just sounds totally ridiculous. I know cars are getting more and more expensive but that's crazy money
Unfortunately it’s the way of the world now. Soon we will be buying cars on a subscription service, I’ve already seen an advert for it on the EV’s! Monthly payments cover all fees inc insurance etc. It’s difficult to buy outright now unless you have stacks of cash lying about. Even the used market is ridiculous - gone are the days where you could pick up a car for £500 and get a couple of years out of it!
Was the car in comfort mode seems like acceleration bogs down compaired to a golf r ? 🤔
I though I mention what modes I’m in at the time - the last run I’m in individual mode with suspension in ‘normal’
On my short list for next year
