    Thank you for your explanation. I think at 50:00, alpha is negative 90 (-90) because it's a clockwise rotation

      same as me. I think alpha in Link 3 and Link 5 should be (-90 degree)

      If you check the datasheet of KUKA KR5 and KR16, the kinematic structure of both the robots is the same. So, just replace the dimensions of the links used here to that of KR16 and you can do the DH Parameters of KR16 as well. All the best.
