I should watch this video a year ago. I am able to do slow muscle up with false grip but I developed golf elbow as mentioned in the end of this video. I haven't touch the bar for 3 months now and my elbow get much better now but I pretty much lost my skill also. :(
@@LucGamesAT hey, when I wrote this, I couldn't do any normal muscle ups. So I decided to go for that first. So i landed a month ago a normal muscle up not this strict one, now i can do 4 normal muscle ups in a row. Right now i decided to start with the strict ring muscle up because i find it more easy and dynamic than the strict bar muscle up. When i achieve it, i will move to the strict bar muscle up.
Regular muscle up and slow muscle up is very different. I know many people that can do for example multiple slow muscle ups but no regular muscle up, and vice versa.
