    I should watch this video a year ago. I am able to do slow muscle up with false grip but I developed golf elbow as mentioned in the end of this video. I haven't touch the bar for 3 months now and my elbow get much better now but I pretty much lost my skill also. :(

    I will try this workout i can do 5pullups explosive and 5 dips.
    Ill will keep you updated every week(hope so)
    My goal is to achieve it in sommer

      ​@@LucGamesAT hey, when I wrote this, I couldn't do any normal muscle ups. So I decided to go for that first. So i landed a month ago a normal muscle up not this strict one, now i can do 4 normal muscle ups in a row.
      Right now i decided to start with the strict ring muscle up because i find it more easy and dynamic than the strict bar muscle up. When i achieve it, i will move to the strict bar muscle up.

    how many regular muscle ups should I be able to do before starting learning slow muscle up?

      Regular muscle up and slow muscle up is very different. I know many people that can do for example multiple slow muscle ups but no regular muscle up, and vice versa.

    Slow muscle up triggers some pain in my wrist don't know why
    but good videos overall
