Any idea if the bearings have been refreshed? At 275 hp (max load) a cylinder that's a lot of stress for a daily. Massively impressed with the builder either way, I'd love to know the oil clearances and ring gaps that he/she (can't just assume these days right) prefers.
I run 200 hp a cylinder in my dsm and refresh my bearings between 8,000-10,000 miles (yearly). My Evo is my daily so the dsm only sees the track. I don’t know this guys set up. Anything can break at anytime pushing huge power in 122 ci.
My car was running weird up there too. Spent most of my runs retuning the boost control map. And then there was the whole traction issue. I’m the guy that was in the Volvo.
Anyone tell me plz, what is this downpress shifter at 1:41 is called. Or is it auto-transmission vehicle and up down is just like pedal shifters thing (In this case he doesnt need to press too hard).
AWD so no need for obviously huge tires, and humble economy car roots would make this one of the most amazing sleepers ever!!! Has anyone done that? Made an EVO look like a stock Mitsubishi Lancer for a mad sleeper?
