@@behappycat3088@behappycat3088 the first rule of AMD drivers is to don't update them if everything works well, now the best driver version is 23.5.2 / Anti lag works only in supported games which you can find on Google or AMD official site and it can cause weird lags in some games, for example when i ON antilag for Valorant it sometimes limits my FPS to 60 in random moments. / Override anti aliasing is almost ever useless and can even make game perform worse, just put the minimum or OFF directly in game, it's gonna be better in 99% of cases. / Obviously texture filtering is better to set PERFORMANCE than standart, it's just obvious no need to explain... / Tessellation level override works only in few games so you have to check it for every game individually / Radeon boost is a very good feature if you have FPS drops in dynamic games, when you move and turn fast it makes your resolution lower (you'll not even notice this lower resolution don't worry) and makes FPS much higher in that fast moments.
I do not have tuning settings and also I do not have an option to enable in game overlay in preferences

try disable "radeon enhanced sync"
