You need to manage your rage. For example not using heroic strike if you have less then 60 rage cause what will happens is you will find yourself lacking rage for mortal strike. If between 40/50 use a slam instead, coasts less. I suggest an addon called "ragebar" it helped me alot on managing rage. Hope this helps.

why is it i lose a lot of rage whilst stance dancing i mean when i lose rage i cant cast and lose dps
