One thing I don’t understand about BSS: How come you don’t need a translator to receive honey bee’s quests when you need translators for Riley and Bucko? They’re bees after all.
I don't personally play Bee Swarm but I think that the reason why you don't need a translator to talk to the bears is that the bears are just some creepy dudes in suits.
My ideas on these points: 4. Honey quantity. It is a little odd that this is never discussed (from what I know), but I feel like it’s because it’s never a true value. Different things may cost more or less than any true recipe, and I feel the uncertainty here is what gives the game its spice. 3. Treat consumption. I feel like this is more practical than anything. While it may seem odd feeding a single bee 45,000 treats in less than a day, it’s best for the player. The other option Onett could have given us is that you need to combine treats into mega treats. These would be made in the blender, be fed one at a time, and give a cooldown. You can proably see the issue. Level up is not meant to be grinded out like that. It would be hard on the player, and make for a bad experience. 2. Translators for bees and not bears. I feel like the reason for this is the difference between bees and bears. In Bee Swarm, bears are advanced, having bears like science bear making advanced research to upgrade our living. The bees work more primitively, not using tools like the bears or the player. The reason for communication with the bears is that they are evolved enough. They stand on two feet and function almost identical to a player. The main reason for the lack of movement is that we are smaller or they simply don’t want to. The bears even have Roblox idle animations. They are clearly past simple animals, like the bees. 1. Crafting. This one is pretty simple. It’s actually explained to us in science bears quest [Meticulously Crafted]. Sure, pineapples for moon charms may seem weird, but so is tools or even phones from rocks and sticks. Sometimes the most basic materials arranged right can make the weirdest things, and science bear specializes in that. Overall, we’re proably digging to deep. It’s a simulator on Roblox about bees. Most of this stuff is for the players sake. It would be hard without the bears to begin with and impossible to make a translator to talk to them. It would take time and more effort required to get better treats. The crafting recipes are designed to be properly difficult for the thing you’re making. It’s Bee Swarm. Sure it has its flaws, but, what game doesn’t?

Basically, humans suffering from this disorder tend to see other humans as wolves or other non-human animals. This means, a patient can see other humans as fishes, wolves, owls, or even bears. What I think is happening here is that we as the players have lycanthropy, which causes us to see the npcs, as bears. However, Bucko and Riley bee don’t have limbs, and even if you have lycanthropy, you will still see the human with two arms and two legs, like bears. However, with no limbs, this means bucko and Riley bee are truly actual bees, and the npc bears are just humans talking English( just that you see them as bears), and the only way to communicate with them is with a translator. 1. for the translator question, one detail thats left out is stick bug, who also needs a translator. my idea is that bears speak human language(s) while bugs speak their own, seeing as 2 different species of bugs use the same translator.
I think I debunked the honey theory. The shovel (first item in the game) gives you 4-8 honey. If it was drops of honey, then the size doesn’t add up. This logic applies to the vacuum, rake, and scissor. The only viable idea is the backpacks are actually advanced technology’s that are bigger in the inside. This is viable considering how many weird size discrepancies there are in the game (i.e dispensers and buying treats and royal jellies).
I think i know the 2's awnser: Since bees in real life comunicate throught dancing and moving, maybe the translator translates their movements so you can speak to them freely
Number 5: With the beekeeper boots, you can walk through the field and collect pollen. But, somehow that pollen getting stuck to the boots gets transferred to the backpack immediately.
Another more confusing thing about translators is that you can talk to Honey Bee without them. Theory: Bee swarm simulator takes place in an apocalyptic world that has been exposed to radiation. This would explain why the bees are so big, why the flowers grow so fast, and other things like how the bears are oddly humanoid.
Uhh no, I think BSS may have taken place in a world which has a Lot of Oxygen because apparently an increase in oxygen will cause insects to grow bigger and people to be generally happier which may also explain the cheerfulness of BSS.
For number 3, I like to think that the bees just have supper fast metabolism, and since it’s so fast they can also feed themselves by collecting pollen in the fields. That’s why they only give you some pollen, they’re also eating some of it.

I think I have an explanation for the moon charms, So you know how your bond increases when you feed moon charms to your bees? I think the pineapple makes the part where it turns into food , making it a food to feed to your bee for high bond This is just a theory, but that’s what I think.
There should be stories on how they got the translator ex: Spirit bear was a finalist in the memory match game and tied up with science bear, soon after a whole event of memory match… spirit bear won and got a translator as a prize. after that event, science bear wanted to learn more about the translator and soon made himself one
One thing i don't understand are the quests. Let's say they want you to collect 700k pollen from a field. After collecting that, you just turn it to honey right? Then when you go to the bears they don't take the pollen. They just want you to collect them for some reason?? They just want us to destroy the flowers in the fields assigned to us or what?
The bond mechanic could be better with this. Depending on how much your bee eats, it gets a an amount of calories, which could give your bee energy and boosts, but eating too much would get a lower rate of boosts, feeding nothing to your bee would get a deboost, the bee would get tired more easily, collect less pollen, convert less and make less tokens, getting your bee a good balance would increase the bond, bees like exhausted bee would not see any clear deboost if given more food than needed, as that bee is always tired, baby bee would just need fruit as babies shouldn't eat sugar and stuff, this mechanic would allow for a bigger variety of bees and treats. It's such a complex mechanic that I don't think it would get added.
Also I think bee swarm simulator has lore (be tough for game theory if it exist) Around the time black bear gives you a golden egg He mentions that He used to question why the plants were so big after awhile he stopped wondering due to getting used to it. Which also brings a question, Where do the bears sleep? Everybody is debating on why you can talk to honey bee without a translator, and it’s because you don’t really talk to him, you kinda sense what he’s saying, and when quests are over, you just get the buff. This is because he’s actually the strongest entity in the game, and has powers beyond comprehension.
I have a theory, our backpacks are for pollen so honey can’t be in there. My thoughts are certain parts of the mountain store the honey, or the “honey void” (example for the mountain part, behind the hives.)

My theory is that the bee swarm simulator is actually a radioactive place beacuse of bitterberries(which gives mutations),neonberries(i dont even need to say it),there are bears that are bigger than humans(which the bears know how to talk human langauge),big bosses(coconut crab,tunnel bear etc.) and even the royal jellies have mutations.

for the translator question, one detail thats left out is stick bug, who also needs a translator. my idea is that bears speak human language(s) while bugs speak their own, seeing as 2 different species of bugs use the same translator.
I think I debunked the honey theory. The shovel (first item in the game) gives you 4-8 honey. If it was drops of honey, then the size doesn’t add up. This logic applies to the vacuum, rake, and scissor. The only viable idea is the backpacks are actually advanced technology’s that are bigger in the inside. This is viable considering how many weird size discrepancies there are in the game (i.e dispensers and buying treats and royal jellies).

Number 5: With the beekeeper boots, you can walk through the field and collect pollen. But, somehow that pollen getting stuck to the boots gets transferred to the backpack immediately.
Another more confusing thing about translators is that you can talk to Honey Bee without them. An explanation for why it’s required to talk to Bucko, Riley, and Stick Bug but not bears is that bears are anthropomorphic.
Another thing is why Exhausted Bee is inexhaustible, but I have an explanation: If it’s already exhausted, it isn’t exhaustible. Its description attributes it to insomnia, but it’s been exhausted and since it can’t sleep, it’s still at maximum exhaustion, and bees only need to sleep to get their energy back.

1. For moon charms it actually make sense as I said, Royal jellies contain Lively energy and can make things change which would make sense for it to become a moon charm from pineapples. The fire flies, are unknown from where they came from. They go into 3 different shapes, a circle, a crescent moon, and a smiley face. We don’t know where they learn that. They only appear at night and glow with a gummy bee face which makes them mysterious. They produce sparkles because obviously. They also drop glitter and star treats which would also make sense.

Theory: Bee swarm simulator takes place in an apocalyptic world that has been exposed to radiation. This would explain why the bees are so big, why the flowers grow so fast, and other things like how the bears are oddly humanoid.
So they work for the bears abd the bees so they survive and dont get mawled
Uhh no, I think BSS may have taken place in a world which has a Lot of Oxygen because apparently an increase in oxygen will cause insects to grow bigger and people to be generally happier which may also explain the cheerfulness of BSS.

For number 3, I like to think that the bees just have supper fast metabolism, and since it’s so fast they can also feed themselves by collecting pollen in the fields. That’s why they only give you some pollen, they’re also eating some of it.
Fun fact: the only bee you could only talk to without a translator is the honey bee

One thing i don't understand are the quests. Let's say they want you to collect 700k pollen from a field. After collecting that, you just turn it to honey right? Then when you go to the bears they don't take the pollen. They just want you to collect them for some reason?? They just want us to destroy the flowers in the fields assigned to us or what?

The bond mechanic could be better with this.
Depending on how much your bee eats, it gets a an amount of calories,
which could give your bee energy and boosts, but eating too much would get a lower rate of boosts,
feeding nothing to your bee would get a deboost, the bee would get tired more easily, collect less pollen, convert less and make less tokens,
getting your bee a good balance would increase the bond, bees like exhausted bee would not see any clear deboost if given more food than needed, as that bee is always tired, baby bee would just need fruit as babies shouldn't eat sugar and stuff, this mechanic would allow for a bigger variety of bees and treats.
It's such a complex mechanic that I don't think it would get added.
Also I think bee swarm simulator has lore (be tough for game theory if it exist) Around the time black bear gives you a golden egg He mentions that He used to question why the plants were so big after awhile he stopped wondering due to getting used to it. Which also brings a question, Where do the bears sleep? Probably in the buildings with all the robotic bees/ bears inside their appropriate buildings Like the shopkeepers in their shops and all the others in their closest building Black bear might live in the token shop, Scientist , And panda in the dapper bear shop Brown bear might live in the blue hq but what i think is mama bear might live in the shop too as like a loyal customer for all the bees on the map (Treats Strawberrys etc) Now Polar bear might live in the mountain shop cause its closest but if not Probably in the sprinkler shop (I did not include the ant trial or anything past the 35 bee point cause im yet to make my way there

Everybody is debating on why you can talk to honey bee without a translator, and it’s because you don’t really talk to him, you kinda sense what he’s saying, and when quests are over, you just get the buff. This is because he’s actually the strongest entity in the game, and has powers beyond comprehension.
I have a theory, our backpacks are for pollen so honey can’t be in there. My thoughts are certain parts of the mountain store the honey, or the “honey void” (example for the mountain part, behind the hives.)

Although treats ARE the main way to level up bees, there are in-fact (I believe) 2 other ways to increase bond, leveling up bees. These 2 ways are quests, and killing enemies. Both of these can provide variable amounts of bond, making your claim invalid, so while it’s true that treats are the main contributor to increasing bond, it is NOT necessary to level up bees.
I think that science bear gave the other bears translators so they could talk to us without any problem
Onett probably taught most bears to be able to speak English. That would be the most reasonable explanation for us being able to understand them.

My theory is that the bee swarm simulator is actually a radioactive place beacuse of bitterberries(which gives mutations),neonberries(i dont even need to say it),there are bears that are bigger than humans(which the bears know how to talk human langauge),big bosses(coconut crab,tunnel bear etc.) and even the royal jellies have mutations.
