    The VA at Orlando claims that is for the C&P examiner to complete, not your VA healthcare providers. They are in violation of VHA Directive 1134 (2). They also say they have a screening and registry for toxic exposure, but they don't. It is hard to deal with government employees/officials who refuse to do their job.

    Went to C & P exam on Thursday. The Dr. did not ask one question from the DBQ questionaire. Nothing about frequency, severtity or duration of my disability. Just a total waste of time!

    The exam starts when you are getting out of your car and doesn't end until you drive away. It's true. I had the Doctor tell me he watched me get out of my car and my wife help me and watched me make my way to the office.

    Had that to happen to me back in September. For my back and ankles. The examiner. Did not do anything. I sit in a chair the whole time. He just asked me questions. Did not even do range of motion are anything and grade it 10/80 that it was because of my age.

      The moment you sat down was telling the c&p u can go from 180 to 90°
      The moment you walked into the office showed the C&p you are walking .
      If there is pain.
      Back 10%
      Ankle bilateral 10%
      That is all, look into your 38cfr and do your homework

      @@jollygreen4662 but should he had used the instrument for the range of motion oh the back and ankles and lay me down to lift my legs. He did not do any of that. He sit at his desk the whole time. Just asked questions. He did feel of my ankles I am very sure he was to do the range of motion have you to stand up twist to the left twist to the right using the instrument did you supposed to use which you didn’t use? I read that in the book.

      What you need to do asap is call or upload a statement to the VA claims online saying you need a re evaluation, this guy did not use a goniometer. And there is a failure in Right to Assist.

    Instead of saying if you served in the Army, Navy, Airforce, or Marines. Or coast guard, they need to put national guard and reserves too, so the C&P examiner can know, a national guard goes and puts Army, it says length of time , hearts 8 yrs. An the examiner thinks is 8 yrs active duty. They vet that really served 4 yrs active duty gets screwed

    • @charleshowell6097
      @charleshowell6097 6 месяцев назад +3

      I always say 6 active Army, 4 national guard, 2 of that active duty. Then the Dr looks at me with a question mark. Then I spend 20 explaining the difference between title 10 active guard and title 32 active. The Dr is even more confused at which point I give up.
