Best Pitch for the 2023 GSTEP Challenge-Brainy Badgers

Brainy Badgers are a finalist team of the GSTEP Challenge and proud winners for the Best Pitch Award. They are from Nel Educational Complex in the Kumasi Metropolitan.
They won for themselves, a range of STEM materials, STEM books, school supplies and devices valued at GHS 13,000. The school will also receive GHS 7,000 worth of STEM materials and devices.
The team sought to explore the benefits and feasibility of using plastic waste in road construction in Ghana thus their innovative project, PLASTIMIX, a binding agent to improve the durability and lifespan of roads in Ghana.
