There's a couple ways you can get it done. Maybe try running through two different ways. You can get at a high location jump off and press the jump button just before you get to the ground. Next you can hold the two buttons for the jump thruster before you jump and walk right off the edge release the jump thrusters buttons just before you hit the ground. Maybe it's being picky with you. Last I don't know if you've done this but close your games application and restart the game
It's a good game I enjoyed it. Nothing really stressful about it and there is a lot of Collectibles to find if you like searching around the map and stuff like that. Overall a very easy Platinum to get
Then you definitely have the right game cuz it doesn't take too long plus it's fairly easy enough to complete if you follow my guides on the collectibles
