@gustawuciekinier4094 - No. It is very hard and dangerous to remove the alternator while the belt is still under tension from the drive belt auto-tensioner. If you release the belt tension by turning the drive belt auto-tensioner counter clockwise, you can just slip the belt out from the alternator pulley without removing the alternator.
why didn't you get the alternator, wouldn't it be easier
