Man you've helped me alot by watching your single/double bass technique. I have NO use of my legs from a car accident LONG ago. I've always continued to play with a drum trigger in my mouth with a 2nd bass drum pad to my left, next to my hihat. Now I'm practicing the way you play, alternating between the bass pad and the snare, with my primary kick still being played with my teeth. Awesome stuff !!!

Hermano te quiero dar las gracias, grabo mis canciones, pero no soy baterista, toco muy poco, grabo guitarras y bajo, odio las drum machines, el eterno problema es que la bateria siempre suena mal cuando la grabo, especialmente la caja (tarola en Mexico), me da mucha risa porque venden muchos muffs para la caja, una cantidad enorme de "hacks" pero esa pinche pesa que pones encima de la caja es todo lo que cualquier baterista necesita, la cambias un poco de posicion y el tono cambia. Tremenda idea!.Me mude de ciudad y los sueños quredaron atras, ya tengo 44, hace una año me regalaron una bateria, entry level, pero despues de ver tu video del "pedal mierdero" le arranque el wrap a los tamboresy la pinte y ahora estoy en la mision de conseguir unos cymbals decentes, hasta practico tus ejercicios. @@Marc-xo2rx You're right, but Jimmy wasn't only a drummer... He was a talented vocalist, he wrote some masterpieces. Ans as a drummer, I can affirm the technical side is important, but the "soul" and the signature of jimmy was perfect for me.
