    I'm a student from germany and it's funny to hear that people think about 3D Jobs in Germany while many students are trying to leave and go into the USA. The weather here is cold, the payment not that great and the taxes are way to high :D

      Nowadays I would probably look for the job openings directly in the Auto industry and check what software are they demanding, normally autodesk alias, vred and maya. Lately you could hear about blender and unreal/unity.

      Hi, i would suggest to check as many portals as possible and job applications to see the usual requierements for jobs in 3d visualization and make sure you have the most wanted ones. Also make sure you are checking in the cities that have an established industry. Don't forget to network and meet people already working on these industries

      @@danifdez7031 sir, is degree is important for 3d visualizer?

  • @coffeediction
    @coffeediction 2 года назад

    Problem is that once a job is open, there is no time to prepare the portfolio for them. Because its not open forever. So having to sit down and making all the work from scratch for THAT specific job is a pretty bad advice. Also there are no universal portfolios.
    Also, doing 3D for 10 years, doesnt guarantee a job or ANY success.
    You could do it 30 years and still get nowhere. Its a frigging lottery

    Real salary numbers would be great to hear. Otherwise it will backfire because it brings down the industry all these low price artists. Like typical freelance daily rates are 400-600-800 usd/day or more. and 3d salaries should start from 2-3k euro for a beginner and up to 8-12k or more for professional. So an average I would say 4-6000. But there are so many garbage or even good artists who are willing to work much lower and feel stressful all the time because of the ridiculous expectations, work for food then end up being a homeless beggar with zero motivation.
