    • @VlogifybySM

      Dear Waqas, If you are married to a German and living in Germany since minimum three years then you are eligible to apply for PR. If not then if you come here after marrying you must stay here three years to be able to apply for PR. For citizenship then you must live 5 years more and after a total of 8 years you are then eligible for citizenship. There is only one requirement that you speak good German i.e. at least level B1.

    Hi, i did my foundation year+bachelors (from private univ) and now i am on job search visa. i finished my studies in total 7 years and now almost 1 year of job search visa has also passed. so in these 8 years i have paid total 72 (6 years *12) rente, 60 during studies and 12 on job search visa.i hold a B1 certificate too. do you think i have any option to apply PR instead of job visa? because i am doing odd job (with umbefristet vertrag) and salary is too low (only 2200/month Bruto) therefore i didnot show it to ABH for job visa fearing that they won"t convert visa on this salary. • @VlogifybySM

      Dear Saleem, As far as I know, the Rente that you paid during your bachelor study will be counted as half. So actually you have paid 42 Rente in these 8 years (30 + 12). I will suggest you wait 1.5 years more, pay Rente in these 18 months and then directly apply for Citizenship.

    • @VlogifybySM
      @VlogifybySM  2 года назад

      Hi Pratham, I dont really know about this exactly. It depends on salary vs expenditure. If you earn alot but your expenditure is also high then there is a low chance of getting loan. Usually I have seen people doing full time jobs with net salaries over 2500 a month have got loan from banks provided they have a good SCHUFA-Score.

      Dear 4bagh, No difference, but with Citizenship you get to vote and get visa free entry to all those countries on german passport which allow german passport holders to enter without a visa in their country. Con is that you have to leave your old citizenship if your country doesnt have dual nationality arrangement with germany.

      2. Your wife and children will also get german resident visa with you as they are dependent on you.
      3. For nationality, you need B1 German Language certificate, 8 years of legal stay in germany (which can be cut down to 7 years if you do the integtration course here) and have a job good enough to support yourself and your family.
