Let's not confuse 2 separate things here: growing hair and retaining length. Growing hair: you need to clean and nourish your scalp. To retain length: you need to repair hair bonds and protect with leave in conditioner and oil on the ends.
thank you for the tips, i get what you mean with hairstylists, i never get what i truly want or asked for, and whenever i go again to touch ups, they ALWAYS overlap the bleach and it gets so damaged.
