i used to be offended when i got asked to confirm orders until I kept getting to restaurants and the food was already picked up. I started telling restaurants to make people confirm before they leave lol 😂
Right. It's just to prevent food theft (and sketchy methods of dirty stacking that place the extra time on the restaurants and get them in trouble--no judgement if you're dirty stacking close orders with routes you know won't interfere). People should get pressed over something that ensures we all just get orders when we're supposed to and keeps the sketch deliver people away.
I been binge-watching your channel since I discovered it a few days ago! It's great to see delivery riders from the other side of the ocean. I'm from London, ENG. I'm thinking of signing up and delivering in my free time too.
Man somebody jacked my big pizza bag I had wrapped in the back of my arrow. Picked up a delivery from wingstop right quick, came back and it was gone. That same day had to change my arrow motor had to drop $400. TERRIBLE day
Definitely have to use the honor system with the ubereats bonuses and "extras" we get after a few days. I wish I knew how to do the calculations. I think we don't complain or ask questions because we're happy to see them. Also you're becoming a celebrity. 5:41
As a seasoned food delivery vet, which would you recommend a e-bike or a moped?. I’m about to switch from doing deliveries with my car and can’t decide btwn a talaria x3 or 150cc moped. Both have their pros and cons, I’d love to hear your take on it though.
@dmitrybrooklyn thanks, and if I did cop a moped I def would go the legal route, insurance is dumb cheap. Only wack thing is for a 150cc, you’re “technically” supposed to have a m1 motorcycle license. I’m dreading going through that lol
@adrianmcpherson2618 grown up me agrees with you, immature me is feening for that red talaria x3 lol. I saw a fire moped for $1500, and the x3 is $3300. I’m having a hard time trying to justify spending a extra $1800 🥲. Thanks for the reply
@@J0reacts the cheap insurance comes from outside state insurance tho if u use your NYC zip code it will be like 50-80$ a month which is kinda expensive depends how long u had ur driver license for if like 2 years than yeah
The batteries you had leftover after the arrow was stolen would've come in handy now 😅 funny how life works, you better show off that 6-pack in 3 weeks no H0m0 though.
Tell me how you bring food to the people and not lock your bike up and no one jacks it? Thinking of doing this w my e bike in Denver. Worried about someone trying to hack my bike.
Usually those are cheap lithium bike batteries ordered from China on sites like Alibaba. People on video making those joints in a room, like they bagging dope. You have to buy a credible brand. Having a good charging bag doesn’tc hurt, it supposedly will contain a lithium fire. They run like $40-50 for a good o
